Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer questions, problems, or grievances in a timely manner.
• Check general sales email box, process, or distribute as needed.
• Process quotations and enter sales orders in SAP that are received via fax and email, verify stock availability and available ship dates
• Communicate daily with management team, customers, and outside sales team on delivery dates for new sales orders, potential shortages or stock needed.
• Complete and file Advance Shipping Notices for required customers, including preparing and sending of invoices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Detail oriented
• Experience with SAP or order entry inventory management software

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am-4:30pm
