Customer Service Representative

- Contribute to our customers' overall satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service and creating raving fans and repeat customers
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Assist customers with identifying their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy
- Provide support to customers with billing inquiries and processing payments
- Inform customers of order status, service updates, and upcoming promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to quickly address customer inquiries and issues with kindness and professionalism
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team and continue our long-standing tradition of providing our customers with an exceptional experience. We are interested in friendly, outgoing, and driven people to provide our customers and team with top-notch customer service.
Our Ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Experienced: At least 2 years of experience providing customer service and support – experience in the paint, manufacturing, home improvement, construction, or hardware industries is a plus, but we are willing to train!
- Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes, driven to do a great job, treats teammates & customers with care and respect
- Self-Sufficient: Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, make decisions, and take initiative in your role
- Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Accurate and Detailed: Able to accurately take and process customer orders.
- Computer Skills: Able to learn our CRM and POS software, use MS Office and Google Suite products, and type efficiently
What We Offer Customer Service Representatives:
- $40-45K per year – depending on experience and background
