Customer Service Representative - Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill Associates seeks a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position in Doraville, Ga. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and supporting administrative and inside sales tasks to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will excel at inbound and outbound communication, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Execute at least 100 daily outbound calls to reconnect with inactive customers and schedule maintenance.
• Coordinate consultations, service calls, assessments, and routine maintenance.
• Provided product and service information, resolved concerns, and maintained detailed customer interaction records.
• Created and managed customer service agreements
• Assist with back-office tasks, including dispatching, calling to schedule tune-ups, supporting inside sales, and processing payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Meet CSR I performance metrics.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow through on customer interactions.
