Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In Person
Reports To: Inside Sales Manager
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: Targeting $50,000 annually

Here is what you will be responsible for as their Customer Service Rep:
- Act as the lead Customer Service Representative for defined Project Customers
- Review customer documentation/project details to determine order entry, schedule sequencing, material planning, transportation planning, accuracy and conformance
- Distribute & communicate customer production schedules or work orders to departments.
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of
materials and meet production schedules. - Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
- Revise production schedules when required and resolve complaints/delays
- Coordinate shipping activities
- Support invoice management for customer projects
We're actively looking for strong Customer Service professionals with the following background profile:
- HS Diploma/GED is required
- 5+ years of prior customer service experience in a manufacturing/construction related environment
- Must be mechanically inclined with a familiarity to product drawings/layouts/blueprints
- Prior experience with production control and scheduling
