Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our Customer Service team with a primary focus on order entry. This role will ensure customers' orders are processed accurately and promptly, while also providing a positive customer experience.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately process high volumes of customer orders within our order entry system.
- Verify order details, pricing, availability, and shipping information for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve any order discrepancies.
- or issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding order status, product
- information, and other service-related questions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interaction logs within our CRM.
- Proactively identify areas to improve order processing efficiency and customer
- satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience in customer service and/or order entry.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Detail oriented; able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP software.
- Strong written communication skill
