We Offer:
- Great pay based on experience $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
- Work in the office, Monday through Friday, 20 hours a week, Part Time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Operations Manager on administrative work and phone support.
- Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers, clients, and vendors.
- Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Answer front desk phone calls and dispatching calls for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general constructions.
- Communicate with Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Technicians and other departments via email, text message, and phone.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, clients, vendors, sub-contractors as necessary.
- Order residential appliances and schedule calls.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Must have a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Help with projects as needed.
- Other assigned duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Previous Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC customer relations experience.
- Ability to work well in a fast past and a high-volume call office environment.
- Self-motivated, Go-getter and good organization skills.
- Proficient with computer programs (Office applications).
- Microsoft Office: 5 years.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must speak, read, and write properly in English.
Qualifications:
- College degree or 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Customer Service: 2 - 5 years' experience.
- Type a minimum of 80 WPM (Preferred)
