Overview:
The focus regarding this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Provide accurate and on time quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing / contract pricing / special pricing)
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems that may arise.
- Order entry and change order / schedule management.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are complete, and quality standards are met.
- Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Other related administrative and customer service duties as required.
- Process expedites requests with the planning team
Required Skills:
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, team player
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communicator verbal and written.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
