Amotec is currently recruiting Customer Service Reps / Administrative Assistants in the Cuyahoga Falls, OH area. These roles are with our client, a leader in the Physical Therapy Healthcare Products industry.
Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service / Administrative Assistant

What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with a wide range of people, including doctors, physical therapists, nurses, patients, and more, assisting them with orders for health-related, durable medical products.
- Phone & Email Communication: Handle frequent calls and craft thoughtful follow-up emails to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Data Entry & Administrative Tasks: Process orders, maintain records, and take on general office responsibilities.
- Hiring Support: Collaborate on our hiring process by interacting with candidates and contributing to building a strong, positive team.
What we’re looking for:
We need someone who:
- Has strong computer skills and is comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excels in written and verbal communication, especially listening empathetically and understanding others.
- Demonstrates kindness, patience, and professionalism with every interaction.
- Thrives on teamwork and is willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
- Ideally has 2+ years of office experience with a focus on data entry, problem-solving, and customer interaction.
The Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch), and Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
- Compensation: $17–$18/hour, depending on experience.
- Training: You’ll receive the training you need to succeed—just bring a humble and trainable attitude.
