Summary:
- A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers.
- If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service assistant.
- The job is ubiquitous in business -- every company has customers to care for -- and may go by other titles, such as information assistant or retail assistant.
- Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, online or in person.
Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for weekly settlement of all Company owned and IDP (Independent DSD Partners) routes on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for customer service tasks such as answering phone calls and emails from IDPs.
- This role is also responsible for in-depth audits when warranted to combat theft and inaccuracies.
- Performs data tasks related to IDP settlements and day-to-day tasks that ensure effective account management of account collections and payments.
- Document call details into Service Now and call volume can range to 30-50 calls a day must be willing and able to keep up with that volume!
- For the right candidate, the HMs would be willing to give even more responsibility!!
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
