Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face of our client’s team in Los Angeles, dedicated to providing outstanding service to every customer. Your main responsibilities include helping customers in person, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a top-notch experience. Your role is essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers at the event space, provide friendly assistance, and guide them with product and service information.
- Respond to Inquiries: Actively listen to customer questions and offer accurate details about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve Issues: Address concerns professionally, providing timely solutions to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Process Transactions: Collect new customer data digitally, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and inviting, including displays and customer waiting areas.
- Promote Products: Introduce customers to new products, services, and promotions, suggesting items based on their preferences.
- Customer Education: Share product features and benefits to help customers make informed choices.
- Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to ensure smooth operations and provide support during busy periods or events.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company guidelines to uphold service standards and ensure policy compliance.
