About the Job
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to answer call/email and schedule jobs as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing mail (including prepping larger packages for sending); sort and deliver incoming mail to appropriate persons.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management, including coordinating calendars and securing meeting spaces; plan travel arrangements for out of town conferences; keep calendars and remind all parties of upcoming events.
- Maintain a schedule and handle communications for all new construction projects and relay any changes or concerns to upper management.
- Monitor the phones as necessary (i.e. every other weekend) in case of emergency call-backs.
- Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace.
- Notify management of clerical needs (paper, ink, stamps, etc.).
- Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible.
- Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks.
- Complete/Maintain a CSR manual that can be easily deciphered by any new office personnel.
- Respond to customer reviews; ensure management and the employee read the comments; display outstanding reviews on bulletin boards.
- Help to maintain the workplace culture.
- Communicate any workplace discrepancies/achievements witnessed to upper management.

Education:
- High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
Pay Rate:
- Pay will be $16-$18 hourly based on experience
