Customer Service Representative - CSR - KERN HEATING & COOLING

Kern Heating & Cooling Co., a reputable HVAC company serving the Beach Park, IL community since 1936, is seeking a dedicated part-time Customer Service Representative - CSR. If you are a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a company known for its integrity and commitment to quality service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $13 to $20 per hour, plus bonuses

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Shifts: Varying shifts within business hours (7 AM to 5 PM)

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Familiarity with HVAC systems

Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time Customer Service Representative - CSR, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Scheduling maintenance visits and coordinating service requests
• Ordering necessary parts and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborating with team members to resolve challenges effectively
