Customer Service Representative - ServiceMaster Restore

About the Job
Responsibilities:
1. The telephone will be cheerfully answered within 3 rings, identifying ServiceMaster of Columbia, your name, and a short greeting such as “May I help you”.
2. Retrieve and return answering service messages and return calls within 1 business hour
3. Schedule all residential jobs according to zone availability, crew requirements, and customer preferences.
4. Track customer details such as name, address, phone, email, lead source, and customer service needs.
5. Schedule and help track jobs for the production team.
6. Meet with the management team for daily job updates.
7. Data entry
8. Light Cleaning.
Customer Service
1. Demonstrate brand promise to all customers
2. Ensure that all customer contact files are current.
3. Handle all customer telephone complaints/requests (within 24 hours).
4. Perform 48-hour recall on all customers.
5. Sending all customer follow‐up correspondences.
Pay based on experience. Full-time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
