Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring first call resolution in an ever-changing industry landscape, utilizing a range of tools and technologies. Your responsibilities will include handling various customer service inquiries such as processing product extensions, assisting with course enrollment, and providing website navigation support. Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers, offering personalized communication.
- Provide technical support and demonstrate quick critical thinking to anticipate customer needs.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to both individual and team success.
- Quickly learn and navigate new software, and comfortable with multitasking across multiple computer screens and internet tabs.
- Maintain a set schedule within our operating hours, with some weekend and holiday availability required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with 1 year of call center and technical support experience.
Personal Attributes:
- Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenges with grace, accuracy, and urgency.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
