CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
- Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Process, Place and Approve orders
- Maintain proper communication with Management for approvals
- Review orders over and under budget to prevent unnecessary purchasing
- Reach out to customers to obtain any missing orders to ensure they are processed before the deadline
- Communicate with Vendors
- Keep accurate records of customer and Vendor interactions
- Run reporting as requested
- Resolve customer problems and complaints
- Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a drive to be proactive
- Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Effective organization and time management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and planning
- Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
- Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting, usage of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and email software application
- Demonstrate strong teamwork.
