Â Our client is an insurance company seeking customer service reps to join their growing company. Â This position will entail answering a high volume of phone calls, while providing a great customer experience to all customers. If you have worked in food and beverage (a restaurant)Â or a customer serviced oriented position, please apply!!!!Â
To be successful in this position you must be service oriented, have great communication skills, and possess patience and compassion. Â
*THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION*Â NO REMOTE
Hours11AM - 8PM Monday - Friday - Training hours are 9 am-5:30 pm for 3 weeks and then you will start your 11 am- 8pm
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls
- Responding to service needs
- Preparing reportsÂ
- Responding to inquiries by phones, email, online, and or written
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service ( previous call center, retail, and / or hospitality).
- Proficient in MS Office is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environmentÂ
- Shows empathy and compassion when talking to customersÂ
- Must be capable to work your scheduled shiftÂ
- Must be detail orientedÂ
Pay Rate $17-$18/ HourÂ
