Position Overview:

Gunstores.com, a growing platform dedicated to supporting firearm dealers, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill a Customer Service opportunity. This role is vital in ensuring our dealers are fully supported, engaged, and maximizing their potential on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dealer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring their profiles are accurate and up to date.
• Salesmanship: Proactively reach out to dealers to educate them on the platform’s features and benefits, and skillfully introduce our subscription service as a value-added offering that can enhance their business operations.
• Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing questions, concerns, and new business inquiries via phone and email.
• Platform Utilization: Educate dealers on the features of Gunstores.com, helping them to optimize their use of the site to grow their businesses.
• Problem-Solving: Work closely with industry partners and internal teams to resolve any issues dealers or online customers encounter.
• CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with dealers to ensure satisfaction and encourage further engagement with the platform.
Pay & Benefits:
• Salary: The starting salary for the position will be $19 p/hr

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related field. Experience in the firearms industry or e-commerce is a plus.
• Sales Skills: Strong salesmanship and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to introduce and sell services in a consultative manner.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attitude: A growth mindset, high energy level, and a team-oriented approach are essential.
