CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Participate in training, learning, and developing as a professional.

Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

Learn and utilize word tracks to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Outbound calling to win the day - ensuring team success.

Must participate in on-call rotation, providing service to customers after office hours.

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

An open mind and a passion for learning

Good time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities

Smashing oral and written communication skills

Possess a smile that will be heard over the phone
