Location Requirements: Must live within the commuting range and be able to work in our Orem site at 545 East University Parkway, Orem, UT 

• Handle inbound customer chat and email communications

• Drive customer satisfaction, through chat and email interactions

• Navigate multiple systems and tools 

• Ongoing training and skill development  

• Rewards points knowledge an asset 
• Zendesk experience preferred
• Must pass a criminal background and drug test
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Must be 18+ years of age
