Collins Cleaners is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Charlotte, NC, and Matthews, NC locations with a can-do attitude to ensure overall satisfaction of our customers' cleanings. This Customer Service Representative position starts at a competitive wage of $13+/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our operations running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions--and is one of the reasons that our customers enjoy doing business with us.

Your primary responsibilities are to greet customers, perform necessary data entry, answer phones, and process payments. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

CSR QUALIFICATIONS

• Phone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Customer service skills

CSR WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works flexible hours Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday.
