Applicants should be available Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., enjoying an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch break. Plus, get ready for some weekend vibes as we require one Saturday a month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Upon completion of training, job duties include:
- Support customers through calls, text, web chat, or email.
- Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home.
- Use software to input service requests accurately and in available time slots.
- Communicate with the appropriate department about any customer concerns or anything that should be followed up with by a location.
- Assist in scheduling visits for Family First Plan members.
- Make outbound calls to ensure our field staff stays busy during slower times.
- Sell and renew maintenance agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training on objection handling, empathy, and call booking.
- Deescalate customer complaints or escalate to appropriate contact.
- Maintain a call booking rate of 92%
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn

- Cheerful phone voice
