Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (100% ONSITE)

Contract Duration: January 13, 2025 March 7, 2025

Schedule: Wednesday Saturday, 11am-8pm (1-hour break 3pm-4pm)

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in an outdoor setting.

Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work outdoors regularly.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
