SUMMARY
We are looking for someone with good Customer Service skills to work for a medical supply company in Saxonburg, PA. This is a small well-organized department with friendly staff, and training will be provided. It is NOT a call center environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step away from retail / food service and into an office environment. We are looking for good communication skills, a desire to learn and a great attitude.
This position offers a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm and a pay range of $17.00 - $19.00 an hour to start, with an increase based on performance. Benefits are offered.
POSITION
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and emails, and assisting with orders for medical equipment and supplies
• Gathering customer order information and documentation
• Entering orders into the computer system and confirming delivery dates
• Coordinating delivery schedules and follow up
• Verification of insurance information for proper billing
REQUIREMENTS
• Customer service experience
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Good accurate data entry skills and ability to navigate in Windows
• Good attention to detail
• Team oriented and helpful
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
