About the Job
Responds to inquiries, indexes the database and forwards callers to appropriate adjusters. Answers basic questions as described below. Work from home options available following a training period in the Boston office.
Duties
Uses information from the companys database and knowledge of company procedures to answer routine inquiries such as: claim number, adjuster name and extension/fax number
Index callers based on claim number and forward to appropriate adjuster
Covers reception areas and follows procedures
Delivers time sensitive messages to Company personnel
Performs other activities as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment required
Exceptional telephone communications and interpersonal skills
Strong typing skills required
Bilingual a plus
