Job Title: Customer Service Representative;

Location: Bloomington, IL;

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.

Work Onsite from M-F 9a-5:30p CST

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience
• Time management skills- able to efficiently handle daily workload in order to hit monthly goals
• Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner over the phone
• Basic computer skills
