Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: California Branch, 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762

Pay: $23 to $27 per hour + $2 Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and order details in both English and Spanish.

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
