Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp to perm basis! This client requires candidates to work fully ONSITE in NJ, and work normal business hours.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, and updating the company CRM. The hours for this Customer Service Representative role are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm OR 9am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls from customers
Support the sales team with maintaining inventory levels and customer orders
Update the CRM with order changes and status updates
Follow up with customers regarding their deliveries

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

Must be bilingual in Spanish, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a Customer Service role required
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
Ability to work with multiple screens and toggle between systems

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or GED is required
