Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) at Nagler Group

We are currently working with a client in Andover, MA to fill an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! Apply NOW while interviews are still being scheduled!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm

Compensation: $22/hr

Duties:

• Answering calls and assisting customers with questions and concerns
• Entering orders and ensuring timely delivery 
• Updating account information
• Educating customers on services offered and creating new accounts

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service experience in an office setting
• Strong organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be Bilingual
