About the Job
Customer Service Representative
Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person and receive orders or changes.
Adjust complaints concerning billing or services, referring complaints to designated departments.
Process and input all customer orders and receipts.
Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with freight companies and expedite as needed.
Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their order.
Maintain good working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints.
Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying invoices.
Report customer feedback to management.
Perform paperwork associated with orders
Maintain current and accurate procedure book which details processing requirement for each account
Notify management of all requested changes from the customer regarding shipping
