Customer Service Representative at Micro Tech

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Customer Service team member to work with customers and production staff to ensure order satisfaction

• Interface with operations, production and engineering teams regarding quoting and delivery 
• Use ERP system and part price calculator to develop customer quotes 
• Assist customer inquiries regarding purchase orders and order status
• Creating  purchase orders 

• 3+years of prior Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems 
• Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
• Microsoft office (Word and Excel) experience 
• The ability to read and understand technical product drawings is a plus.
