Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Onsite in Lake Forest, CA
Compensation: $22-$24/hour
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required (Candidates without a Bachelor's Degree will not be considered).
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for handling customer inquiries, purchase orders, and claims. Your role will involve managing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders for full container loads and warehouse releases.
- Coordinate with factories for supplies, including batteries, labels, and other materials.
- Support Sales Managers with pricing, inventory, and client-specific inquiries.
- Collaborate with customers to create, update, and revise artwork per specifications.
- Work closely with warehouse and quality control teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Handle and process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
- Maintain day-to-day communication with clients, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and send open order reports to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
