Were seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Sales Representative to be part of our growing team in Azusa, CA! Our family-owned agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
• Review billing questions with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Must be able to get Insurance Licensed
• High School or equivalent

• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines

• Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
