Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
- Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days.
Role involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients on:
- Eligibility inquiries.
- Medical claims status.
- Other program-related questions.
- Assists with problem resolution when necessary.
- Responds promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries.
- Documents all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfers callers to appropriate Call Center units when required.
- Meets individual performance standards.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
- Maintains strict attendance and performance metrics.
