Your Role:
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and online communication.
- Policy Assistance: Guide clients through insurance processes, explaining their options and assisting with policy applications.
- Ongoing Support: Handle follow-ups and provide assistance in resolving any issues that arise during the client journey.

- Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and professional communication with clients.

Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable computer and access to Wi-Fi.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Full-time availability to provide consistent support to clients.
