Customer Service Representative

Shift/Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:  $20/hr.

Location:  Aurora, CO 80011

Experience:  Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails promptly.
• Provide accurate answers and advice on general and technical inquiries.
• Assist customers with new orders, returns, and warranties.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
• Enter non-conformance reports (NCR) and disputes when required.
• Assist customers with quotes and sales.
• Assist the sales team with day to day inquiries.
• Process purchase orders.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Attendance and punctuality is critical.
• Knowledge of Hubspot, NetSuite, 3CX and Portalink is preferred.
• Customer service phone manner for inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to follow detailed direction unsupervised.
• Experience in Excel and MS Office Suite.
