Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
6 to 12 months in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
Skills
Strong customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to thrive in a SharePoint environment.
