Our client is a leading manufacturing company and is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Aston, PA.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18 per hour.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be commutable to Aston, PA 19014.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
