What your future day will look like:
- Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous, efficient, and proactive customer service
- Developing quotes and estimates
- Answering inbound calls and creates service tickets, ensuring orders are accurate and complete
- Working closely with the commercial sales department on quotes
- Invoicing open orders
- Working with vendors to source/cost materials
- Managing open orders and assists with collections
- Assisting with setting the commercial service schedule

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be familiar with and MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- 2+ years Customer Service experience preferred
- Previous estimating and quoting experience is a plus
