Salary Range: $42000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, policy updates, and claims.
Policy Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of insurance policies to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, policy changes, and claims.
Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the agency team to provide seamless service and support to clients.
