As a Customer Service Representative for Pak-A-Sak Convenience Stores, you will be responsible for many of the day-to-day operations involved in running a store. These may include but are not limited to:
- Treating each customer with the best attitude, knowledge and service possible
- Greeting every customer as they arrive inside
- Working efficiently to allow customers to be on their way
- Operating cash registers, credit card machines and handling cash
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store as needed
- Trash removal
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of store products and offerings
- Stocking products and supplies
- Preparation of food and drink items
- Maintaining fountain, tea, coffee and cappuccino machines
- Performing other tasks as needed
Basic skill requirements for this position include the willingness and ability to:
- Count money and handle cash
- Display excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Multitask and keep pace with rush hours
- Obtain all certifications necessary (such as TABC and Food Handlers-all training provided by Pak-A-Sak)
- Work coolers, sales floor, cash registers, drive thru and outside in all weather conditions as needed
- Lift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb and walk as needed for each task, as well as stand for a duration of shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Accept Store Manager's supervision and feedback
