CUSTOMER SUPPORT JOB AVAILABLE IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM
Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Support in Albuquerque, NM.
As a Customer Support you will be:
- Assisting customers via phone and email and strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering.
- Working hand-in-hand with Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customers’ needs are being met.
- Supporting the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
- Updating customer contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, invoicing, logistics and answering sales calls for general information.
This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior customer service experience is required in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Carriers and comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and some Excel work.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
