About the Job
PrideStaff is looking for an experienced customer service representative with strong admin skills. This position will be supporting a busy HVAC company in Arvada.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
- Data entry of service invoices
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance appointments
Job Requirements:
- Ability to type high accuracy
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work some holidays and Saturdays
- Attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High School Diploma or equivalent
