Position Description
Responsible for professionally and courteously serving customers by processing Individual Income Tax General Welfare Rebates related to tax compliance requirements. This position includes dealing with a high volume of claims submitted by claimants, including reviewing taxpayer status and history, verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating account detail information in various systems, and approving or denying claims. Requires to be in the office 1-3 days a week This position has the possibility of future permanent employment for agents that are able to successfully perform the duties of the position, demonstrate dependability and culture alignment during their temporary assignment. Must be able to work flexible hours or schedule as dictated by business needs. Training is an intensive 2 weeks from 8am to 5pm, any lack of attendance could impair the candidate's ability to acquire necessary information for success. After training, work hours are 8:00 to 5:00pm. This is a Hybrid position required to provide assistance in the office and requires internet access with sufficient bandwidth to handle applications required for the job duties. Candidates must live in the Phoenix area and be able to attend 1st day orientation in person. Selected candidates will be required to abide by the required pre-employment checks including criminal background and tax compliance check.
