Position Description
Performs customer service activities by providing assistance, guidance, and instruction for more complex customer service complaints, inquiries, and issues. Assist with managing a team inbox that receives inquiries from internal and external customers within the department. Performs the complete range of agency customer service functions within the work section. Exercises discretion to interpret and apply customer service operations. Ability to be flexible and work special duties as assigned. Take in person and virtual appointments through a team shared inbox and assist managing a shared calendar.

Experience Required
One-Two years of Customer Service experience. Requires candidates with front-facing customer service rather than call center.
Education Required
High School Diploma
