- Receive orders via phone, fax, email .
- Insures correct materials are ordered
- Issues ship dates
- Issues credits and returns
- Collect info for estimating dept
- Partnering with Estimating dept and quote pricing
- Order entry
- Data entry
- Filing
- Servicing customers
