Salary Range: $25000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact proactively with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide comprehensive solutions that align with their objectives.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and renewals, ensuring their coverage is always aligned with their current needs.
Sales Initiatives: Identify sales opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products, increasing overall agency revenue and client satisfaction.
Customer Support: Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, both verbal and written, to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
Continuous Development: Stay informed about product knowledge, industry changes, and company offerings to provide the best service possible.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
