What You’ll Do:
Be the face (and voice!) of our company, delivering top-notch service with a smile.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries like a pro.
️ Tackle customer concerns with creative solutions and empathy.
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in our system.
Work closely with team members to keep operations smooth and stress-free.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: You’ve rocked customer service roles before or have transferable skills from other industries.
Skills: You’re a whiz at communication, organization, and multitasking.
Tech Savvy: You know your way around MS Office and can pick up new systems quickly.
Attitude: You bring positivity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others.
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Pay: $17-22 an hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday varying schedule between 8AM-7PM
