Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer care.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage email communication effectively.
• Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Enter customer data accurately into the software system.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate contact when necessary.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required Work Hours

Full-time position with standard work hours, Monday to Friday. Specific hours to be discussed with the employer.

Benefits
