Customer Service Rep - Champion Plumbing

THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
• Knowledge about lead generation

Being fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus!

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Your typical hours will be Friday evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Initial training for the position will be conducted in the office for one to two weeks before transitioning to remote contract work.

As a Customer Service Rep, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and impactful contributions. You will greet customers over the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism, responding to inquiries that ensure their plumbing needs are effectively addressed. Coordinating appointments becomes second nature as you communicate with clients and our skilled plumbing team, ensuring seamless service delivery. Throughout your shifts, you'll engage in resolving any customer complaints, prioritizing effective communication to maintain customer satisfaction. You will also keep track of calls and interactions, making sure each client receives the exceptional service that defines our reputation.
