Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hour (DOE)
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
- Acknowledge and process foreclosure referrals via client websites, emails, or physical documents
- Import foreclosure data and manage deadlines in internal systems
- Communicate with title companies and clients to ensure documentation accuracy
- Monitor reports, request additional information, and follow up on client requests
Ideal Candidate:
- Job stability on resume (REQUIRED)
- Administrative/Clerical experience (REQUIRED)
- Customer Service experience (REQUIRED)
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
